A Clear Moisture Barrier Coating Built for Difficult Spaces
UltraBan PRO forms a water-resistant, semi-vapor-permeable film on properly prepared surfaces. Its application characteristics make it especially suited for exposed framing and overhead areas in crawlspaces, basements and attics.

UltraBan PRO’s dried film prevents moisture-related problems, including mold growth, wood rot and odors.
Clings Where It Is Sprayed
The formulation is designed to cling during overhead application, helping applicators coat joists, subflooring and exposed surfaces.
Verify Coverage with UV Light
UV-detectable coverage gives applicators an additional way to inspect treated areas and identify missed surfaces after application.
Visible During Application
UltraBan PRO applies slightly mint green so applicators can see where it has been sprayed. It dries clear to preserve the natural appearance.

UltraBan PRO does not clean or remove existing mold. Correct the moisture source and properly clean and dry the substrate before applying the coating.
